| Compuvelocity Inc., has been in the Technology industry for almost 9 years. In 1996, Adam R. Clark founded ARC Enterprises, a small web design firm. In 1999, ARC Enterprises became Compuvelocity Inc., and began remarketing computer equipment for companies such as Dell, HP/Compaq, and IBM. The same year, Compuvelocity Inc., started refurbishing computer equipment, and specializing in displays, such as CRT, LCD, and Plasma. Since 1999, Compuvelocity sales have risen over 700%, while production has risen over 500%. Compuvelocity Inc., feels that saving our environment is very important. That is why we believe in refurbishing computer equipment. Did you know that by buying refurbished computer equipment, you are helping to save our environment? In one computer monitor, there are over 7 lbs of Mercury, Phosphor, and Lead that can end up in our landfills. By buying refurbished items you are helping to reuse products that may be in brand new condition! We also recycle computer monitors, by breaking them down and sending the appropriate parts to plastic recycling plants, and appropriate lead disposal plants. It is important that you do not throw away your Computer Products. They can be recycled and reused, and will not end up in our landfills or potentially leaking into our drinking water.
