Important Announcement: "We apologize to all of the consumers
that expected an end-user website so soon. We anticipated the
launch of our end-user website to be available. Unfortunately, we
need to once again delay the opening of SurplusProduct.com in
order to meet the needs of our wholesale consumers. The holiday
season took us by surprise, and we simply cannot allocate the
labor for the new site during this busy quarter. For all of our
end-user customers on our email lists, an additional 10% will be
taken off of the price of your first purchase, including free
shipping. "

Board of Directors voted unanimously to delay opening of
surplusproduct.com until November 1, 2003. President of the
Board states "We all feel that delaying the opening of
surplusproduct.com will give us a chance to reorganize the
structure of the site." Right now, SurplusProduct.com is going
through Yahoo Web Hosting for the testing phases of the site. By
November 1st, the hosting company is expected to change
because the current host makes it difficult to run an auction
program on the site. The auction portion of the site is scheduled
to open in March of 2004. President of Compuvelocity Inc., Adam
R. Clark, states "By allowing an auction environment, we will be
able to offer individual products to end-users at rock bottom
prices. We plan on offering products in auctions that we consider
to be excess inventory. With our very large customer base, I think
we will start this with a bang. As far as other sites we sell on, we
will never offer the products that we offer through other websites,
and post them on ours. That would be a conflict of interest."

A Decision was made at Compuvelocity Inc., that
SurplusProduct.com, scheduled to be opened October 1, 2003, will
have free shipping on ALL inventory to end-users.

past, Compuvelocity Inc., only offered their products in large
quantities to retailers. Now, Compuvelocity Inc., will be able to
offer IT Equipment to end-users at below wholesale prices.
SurplusProduct.com is scheduled to launch by October 1, 2003.
